MIHOPE Check-In Data Released by the Child and Family Data Archive!

 

The Child and Family Data Archive (CFData) is pleased to announce the release of Check-in Data from the Mother and Infant Home Visiting Program Evaluation (MIHOPE) (ICPSR 37848).

The Mother and Infant Home Visiting Program Evaluation (MIHOPE) aims to provide federal and state policymakers, service providers, and other interested parties with valuable information about whether and how Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) funded, evidence-based home visiting programs improve outcomes for children and families. 

The MIHOPE Check-in Data are provided in three dataset. The Check-In Analysis Data based on two surveys conducted with the children’s primary caregivers when children were approximately 2.5 years old and 3.5 years old. The survey data are also included and collected information on child health, parenting, discipline, parent health and wellbeing, health insurance, family economic self-sufficiency, parent mental health, and social services.
