Yes. ICPSR has a number of mechanisms in place to securely archive and disseminate restricted-use data. As part of the data curation process, ICPSR curators perform a disclosure risk review on all files of the data collection. The outcome of this review will determine whether the data can be public-use (meaning the data do not contain identifiable or otherwise sensitive information) or restricted-use (meaning the data may contain indirect identifiers or other sensitive information).
